What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the customer to define the parameters of their project, then create a proposal for their scope of work. Once the client accepts, we begin work based on the timeline initially laid out. We speak weekly to update on any new developments.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
In most cases our clients have custom requests for their projects so each client is typically given a custom proposal.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Small start-up companies such as The Woodlands Locating Services (Real Estate), Level Check Foundation Repair and Estancia Town homes (Home Builder). Mid-sized companies such as Fulbright Glass Boards (Office furniture and custom glass boards) and iDfour (Data Analysts) and large companies such as ExamSoft (Exam Preparation Software).
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
ExamSoft WorldWide – recently redeveloped their extensive website. They are an ongoing and current client for PPC as well as web development.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for quality over price. There are many digital marketers that will try to persuade you to choose them because they are the lowest bidder but that doesn’t mean they have the qualifications or the proven clients. Do your research before you choose your digital marketing freelancer or team.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What do I need? What is my budget? When do I need this completed by? Do I need ongoing services such as search engine marketing to help with visibility?
What types of payment do we except?
Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal
