During this phase, we send over a questionnaire to the client so we can gather the appropriate information we need to get started. We might need more information which we would then setup a quick phone call or video chat. The goal is to gather all the information we need to design a beautiful website for your business. Assets we get from the client are imagery, brand graphics such as logo brand colors, sitemap so we can create the website pages and content for the pages.
Once we have all the information needed to get started, the project is passed off to our design team. Depending on the package, Reap + Sow will design a home page and inner page mockup for desktop only. The site will respond to the screen size so a mobile mockup is not needed. The client can either ask for a revision which should be sent in one email with bullet points. Once the client gives the approval on the design, it is sent to the development team. At this time, no changes can be made to the design. If changes are required, a change order will be sent to the client.
During this phase, we develop out the site either on our dev server or on the clients server. Our team develops out the site for desktop and mobile devices. Once all the content is loaded into the pages, functionality is working and the site is ready, the client will review the site and provide feedback on any issues. Then the client will approve the site and a launch day will be set to go live.
We launch the site live on the server. The client then has 10 days to review and assure the site is working as it should. If the client finds any bugs or issues, Reap + Sow will fix the issues addressed. An invoice will be sent to the client the same day we launch the site live and should be paid within that 10 day period.
